- ½ tspn Holy Amla
- 1/2 cup spinach, stems removed
- 1/2 cup sweet peaches
- 1/2 cup sweet oranges
- Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved.
- Top it off granola or chia seeds as preferred.
- Eat slowly and let the Holy Amla work it’s magic.
- Freeze fruits for a thicker consistency.
