• ½ tspn Holy Amla
  • 1/2 cup spinach, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup sweet peaches
  • 1/2 cup sweet oranges
  1. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Top it off granola or chia seeds as preferred.
  3. Eat slowly and let the Holy Amla work it’s magic.
  4. Freeze fruits for a thicker consistency.
