• 1 tspn Compassion Blend
  • 1 cup water
  • Honey or sweetener according to taste
  1. Add 1 tspn of Compassion Blend and 1 cup water to a small pot.
  2. Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer for 6-8 mins to extract all the nutrients.
  3. Remove from heat, and strain right into tea cups or a teapot.
  4. Sip slowly and let the Compassion Blend work it’s magic.
    Pro Tips: 
    • Add a pinch of black pepper to help aid congestion relief. 
    • Use a french press to strain if you don’t prefer any sediment from the spices.
