• 1 tspn Holy Turmeric
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • ½ tspn cinnamon 
  • Honey or sweetener according to taste
  1. Add 1 Tsp of Holy Turmeric, ½ Tsp Cinnamon and 1 cup milk to a small pot.
  2. Bring the milk to a boil and let it simmer for 6-8 mins to extract all the nutrients.
  3. Remove from heat and strain right into tea cups or a teapot.
  4. Sip slowly and let the Holy Turmeric work it’s magic.

Pro Tip: Use a french press to strain if you don’t prefer any sediment from the spices.
