- ½ tspn Holy Amla
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup bananas
- Granola or bananas for toppings

- Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved.
- Top it off granola or bananas as preferred.
