  • ½ tspn Holy Amla
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup bananas
  • Granola or bananas for toppings
  1. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved. 
  2. Top it off granola or bananas as preferred.
  3. Eat slowly and let the Holy Amla work it’s magic.
