Received the Amla powder a couple of weeks ago and have been adding it to my routine morning smoothie. I have also tried it in plain water, about 1/2 tsp in a few ounces, and it becomes an inoffensive and easily drinkable alixir. It’s way too early to say that it has worked magical wonders of any sort, but for now, it’s good to know that I have significantly increased the availability of antioxidants and other health boosting properties into my system. It’s also good to know that it doesn’t have to cost a fortune to deliver a wholesome nutritional punch every day! I give it 4 stars only because I cannot say that this product alone is responsible for the robust health I currently experience. But yes, I will be keeping it as a mainstay to great nutrition.

Growing up in India, my grandma used to ferment amla every summer and give me its juice with the saying, "Amla a day keeps the doctor away". I would very innocently correct her Amla to an Apple.
